Charlie Callas was an American actor, comedian, and jazz drummer. He provided the voice of Elliott the Dragon in Disney's Pete's Dragon and appeared in Switch as Malcolm Argos. Callas also starred in the film High Anxiety alongside Mel Brooks and Cloris Leachman. He frequently collaborated with Mel Brooks, Jerry Lewis, and Dean Martin, and was a regular guest on television talk shows in the 1970s performing stand-up comedy. Callas passed away in 2011.
