César Costa is a Mexican singer and actor. He appeared in the films El mundo loco de los jóvenes in 1967, La juventud se impone in 1964 with Enrique Guzmán, and in Al fin a solas and Romance sobre ruedas in 1969 where he shared the screen with Ana Martín. César Costa has also released the extended play Radioheaven 1 with Ricardo Saraiva and Cristiano Costa, and the singles Nobody Knows and Mi Pueblo.
