Walter Brennan was an American actor and singer. He received the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for his roles in Come and Get It, Kentucky, and The Westerner. Brennan also appeared in films such as To Have and Have Not, Red River, Support Your Local Sheriff!, and Rio Bravo, where he worked with John Wayne, as well as the television series The Real McCoys. Beyond acting, Brennan released singles including Old Rivers and Dutchman's Gold.
