Justine Bateman is an American actress, writer, and producer. She is best known for her role in the television series Family Ties alongside Michael J. Fox from 1982 to 1989. Bateman has also appeared in films such as Can You Feel Me Dancing?, Primary Motive, The Night We Never Met, Harlequin: Another Woman, and The TV Set. In 2021, she directed the film Violet. Beyond her acting career, she served as production consultant for How Can I Tell If I'm Really in Love, and appeared in the documentary Fake Famous.
