George Adams was an American jazz musician. Adams co-led a quartet with Don Pullen, releasing the popular song God Has Smiled On Me. He played with artists such as Roy Haynes, Gil Evans, McCoy Tyner, and Art Blakey. Adams also played with Charles Mingus. He released the albums Gentlemen's Agreement with the Dannie Richmond Quintet, Paradise Space Shuttle, and Sound Suggestions.
