

Tim Rice
Tim Rice is an English lyricist and author. He is known for writing the lyrics to Jesus Christ Superstar and Evita with Andrew Lloyd Webber, and later released Jesus Christ Superstar as an album. Rice received an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Grammy Award for Best Song Written for Visual Media for A Whole New World, which he wrote with Alan Menken. He also worked with Lloyd Webber on Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, released an album Aladdin (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack), and collaborated with Sir Elton John and Hans Zimmer on The Lion King. Rice's most popular songs include Disney Medley (From Tree of Life. He appeared in the documentary Elton John: Music Man.
