Taylor Momsen is an American singer-songwriter and former actress. When she was seven years old she played Cindy Lou Who in the 2000 film adaptation of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, also starring Jim Carrey, and later starred in the TV series Gossip Girl. Momsen has been the lead singer of the rock band The Pretty Reckless since 2009, releasing albums including Light Me Up, Who You Selling For, and Death by Rock and Roll. Prior to her retirement from acting, she also appeared in films such as Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams and We Were Soldiers.
