Ann Nesby is an American actress and singer. She was a former vocalist of the 30-piece gospel choir Sounds of Blackness. Nesby released the album Put It On Paper , whose hit title track featured Al Green, and also released I'm Here for You and In the Spirit. She also contributed to a tribute album to Curtis Mayfield. Nesby's most popular songs include I'll Do Anything for You, I'm Still Wearing Your Name, and I Apologize. She has appeared in the films The Fighting Temptations, David E. Talbert's What My Husband Doesn't Know, and David E. Talbert's: A Fool and His Money.
