James Griffin
American musician (1943–2005)
James Griffin was an American musician (1943-2005). He signed with Frank Sinatra's Reprise label in 1962 and wrote songs for Lesley Gore, Bobby Vee, and Ed Ames. Griffin began collaborating with Robb Royer in 1967 and co-founded the soft rock band Bread the following year. He released the album Jimmy Griffin. His most popular songs included Little Miss Cool, Slow Train, and Say When.
