Allan Jones was an American actor and tenor. He appeared in the Broadway musical Roberta, starred in the films Show Boat and The Firefly, and released the songs Capulet’s Ball, Tosca, and The Donkey Serenade with Jeanette MacDonald. He also appeared in the films A Night at the Opera, A Day at the Races with the Marx Brothers.
