Jeanette MacDonald was an American singer and actress. She often collaborated with Nelson Eddy, including on Indian Love Call and Jeanette Macdonald and Nelson Eddy Sing 'Ah Sweet Mystery of Life' and Other Favourites. She also released Romantic Moments. Her most popular songs included Isn't It Romantic and San Francisco from the San Francisco soundtrack. MacDonald appeared in operetta-style films spanning the '30s and '40s, as well as in the films Cairo, New Moon, and The Merry Widow.
