2 Chainz is an American rapper from Georgia. He initiated his professional career as part of the musical duo Playaz Circle. In the early 2010s, 2 Chainz collaborated with Kanye West, Nicki Minaj, Juicy J and A$AP Rocky before transitioning to solo work and achieving mainstream success. He released albums including Based On a T.R.U. Story, Pretty Girls Like Trap Music, and Welcome 2 Collegrove with Lil Wayne. His most popular songs include It's a Vibe, No Lie, and Birthday Song. 2 Chainz has also appeared in the documentary Mixtape and the film The Enforcer alongside Antonio Banderas.
