Peggy Lipton was an American actress. She played Julie Barnes in The Mod Squad and appeared in films such as Kinjite: Forbidden Subjects, Fatal Charm, Deadly Vows, Skipped Parts where she worked with Drew Barrymore, and A Dog's Purpose. Lipton also appeared in David Lynch's Twin Peaks as Norma Jennings and Twin Peaks: The Return.
