David Burns was an American actor and singer. His film credits include Hello Dolly!, Deep in My Heart, Knock on Wood, It's Always Fair Weather alongside Gene Kelly, and Let's Make Love with Marilyn Monroe. Burns also performed with the Kenton Alumni Band and released the album Forty-Five Minutes from Broadway with Tammy Grimes and Larry Blyden. Burns received a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for his role in The Price.
