Tammy Grimes was an American actress and singer. She appeared in films such as A Modern Affair, Backstreet Justice, Mr. North, Somebody Killed Her Husband, and The Borrowers. Grimes also appeared in the television series The Equalizer. She released albums including Forty-Five Minutes from Broadway (Music & Dialog) and Julius Monk Presents Tammy Grimes (Debut-Downstairs At the Upstairs). Her most popular songs included Take Him, Upstairs At the Downstairs Walz, Julius Monk Introduction, Fit As a Fiddle, and Blame It On My Youth. Grimes hosted CBS Radio Mystery Theater. Grimes passed away in 2016.
