Emo Philips (born Philip Soltanec) is an American comedian. He has released comedy albums and made appearances on many late night television shows and specials. He has also appeared on shows such as Miami Vice, The Max Headroom Show, and Crashing, and films including UHF and Weird: The Al Yankovic Story.
