Tara Sands is an American voice actress. She voiced Bulbasaur in the Pokémon anime series, Anna Kyoyama in Shaman King, and Kari Kamiya in Digimon Adventure Tri. Sands co-hosted Cartoon Network's Fridays from 2005 to 2007 and appeared in the television series Cal's Sound Yard, Manners Manor, and Patch's Number Forest. She has also hosted the podcast Godcast.
