Anupam Kher is an Indian film actor, producer, director, and teacher. Kher's film credits include Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge, Mohabbatein, Silver Linings Playbook where he worked with Jennifer Lawrence and Robert De Niro, and The Big Sick. He has also appeared in the Netflix science fiction series Sense8 and the medical drama series New Amsterdam. Kher directed the film Om Jai Jagadish and hosted the iHeartPodcasts' Society & Culture podcast Anupam Cares.
