Cambodian musician

Yol Aularong was a Cambodian musician. He incorporated elements of soul, funk, and rock into his music and was known for his social commentary. Aularong was featured in the documentary Don't Think I've Forgotten and was the subject of the off-Broadway production Cambodian Rock Band. He is known for popular songs such as Jeas Cyclo (Ride Cyclo), Sou Slarp Kroam Kombut Srey (Rather Die Under the Woman's Sword), and Yuvajon Kouge Jet (Broken Heart Man).
