Peter Yarrow was an American singer and songwriter. He was a member of Peter, Paul and Mary and released solo albums including Hard Times. Through his work with the group, Peter Yarrow popularised songs such as Blowin' in the Wind and Puff the Magic Dragon. As a solo artist, his most popular songs include Weave Me the Sunshine, Don't Ever Take Away My Freedom, and Take Off Your Mask. Yarrow appeared in the documentaries Bob Dylan: The Other Side of the Mirror, 50 Years with Peter Paul and Mary, and Peter, Paul and Mary at Newport 1963-65. Peter Yarrow passed away in 2025.
