Horace Heidt was an American pianist and bandleader. His band Horace Heidt & His Musical Knights toured the vaudeville circuit nationally. Heidt and his orchestra had more than 50 hit records between 1937 and 1945. Among Heidt's most popular songs were Christmas Medley, Blue Christmas (featuring Perry Como), and G'Bye Now with Ronnie Kemper. Heidt also appeared in the film Pot O' Gold.
