

Don Everly
American musician (1937–2021)
Don Everly was an American musician (1937-2021). Everly helped pioneer harmony vocals in rock and roll as one-half of The Everly Brothers. He formed the duo with his brother Phil Everly in the 1950s and they performed together until 1973, then sporadically from 1983 into the 2000s. As a solo artist, he released albums including 1971's Don Everly, 1974's Sunset Towers, and 1977's Brother Jukebox. Some of his popular songs include Everytime You Leave with Emmylou Harris and Yesterday Just Passed My Way Again.
