Bobby Short was an American singer and pianist (1924-2005). He began recording in the 1950s and released albums such as Bobby Short Loves Cole Porter, Bobby Short, and Live At the Café Carlyle. His most popular songs included Bye Bye Blackbird, I've Got Your Number, and Nagasaki. Short also appeared in the films Hannah And Her Sisters and Hardhat and Legs.
