Hubert Sumlin was an American Chicago blues and electric blues guitarist and singer. Sumlin began his career in the Mississippi juke joints and played for years with Howlin' Wolf. He recorded with Eric Clapton, Keith Richards, and Levon Helm, releasing albums including About Them Shoes, Blues Anytime!, and Blues Guitar Boss. Sumlin's most popular songs include Sometimes I'm Right, Iodine in My Coffee, and Everytime I Get To Drinking. He appeared in the documentary The Howlin' Wolf Story. Sumlin passed away in 2011 at the age of 80.
