Ry Cooder is an American guitarist, singer, and composer. He released Chicken Skin Music, Bop Till You Drop, Paradise and Lunch, and Talking Timbuktu (with Ry Cooder) with Ali Farka Touré. He also released A Meeting By the River with Pandit Vishwa Mohan Bhatt and Get On Board with Taj Mahal. His most popular songs include Boomer's Story, Little Sister, and Drume Negrita with Manuel Galbán. He appears in the documentary Buena Vista Social Club.
