Tia Mowry is an American actress. She starred in the iconic sitcom Sister, Sister with her twin sister Tamera Mowry from 1994 to 1999 and appeared in the film Seventeen Again. She also starred in the series Instant Mom, The Game, and Tia Mowry: My Next Act. Mowry has produced the series Tia & Tamera and Comfort Kitchen.
