Whirimako Black is a New Zealand Maori singer. She released the albums Kura Huna, Tangihaku, Hohou Te Rongo (Cultivate Peace), Shrouded in the Mist, and Soul Sessions. Black also co-wrote the theme for the Maori news program Te Karere and appeared in the film White Lies.
