Beth Ditto (born Mary Patterson) is an American singer-songwriter. She released her debut solo record Fake Sugar (2017) and a solo self-titled EP in 2011. Patterson provided guest vocals on records by Calvin Johnson, Simian Mobile Disco, and Jarvis Cocker. Ditto formed the supergroup Crisis with Paul Weller and Graham Coxon. She opened Jean Paul Gaultier's Spring Collection at Paris Fashion Week in 2010 and released her memoir Coal to Diamonds in 2012. She has appeared in the series On Becoming a God in Central Florida starring Kirsten Dunst.
