

Joe Pug
Joe Pug is an American musician. He released the albums Nation of Heat EP, Sketch of a Promised Departure, and The Flood in Color. His most popular songs include Hymn #101, Hymn #35, and Bright Beginnings. Pug attended college in North Carolina studying writing plays. He dropped out of school and relocated to Chicago, supporting himself as a carpenter while writing songs and working his way into the city's club circuit. Pug formed his first band on a dare from his sixth-grade science teacher and hosted the podcast The Working Songwriter, which featured music interviews.
