Amanda Shires is an American singer-songwriter. She has released the albums My Piece of Land, Take It Like a Man, and Loving You with Bobbie Nelson. Shires has also contributed to projects with Beck and John Prine. She was a key member of Jason Isbell's band The 400 Unit and the all-female Americana supergroup The Highwomen. Her most popular songs include The Problem, Leave It Alone, and Wasted and Rollin'. Shires appeared in the Music Box documentary Jason Isbell: Running With Our Eyes Closed.
