Jimmy Boyd was an American singer, musician, and actor. He sang the Christmas novelty song I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus and released the album Christmas With Jimmy Boyd and the extended play The Country Choirboy. His most popular songs include Little Footprints in the Snow and Tell Me a Story with Frankie Laine. Boyd appeared in the film That’s the Way of the World in 1975 and the television series Date With the Angels from 1957 to 1958. Boyd died in 2009.
