Sharleen Spiteri
Scottish singer
Sharleen Spiteri is a British singer. She co-founded the Scottish band Texas in 1986 and was its lead singer throughout the 1990s. Spiteri also appeared as a vocalist on albums by Gun and Rammstein. Following the release of Texas' album Red Book in 2005, she released her debut solo album, Melody, in 2008, which she co-produced with Bernard Butler. She later released the album The Movie Song Book.
