He rejected gang life to pursue music, displayed his rugged rhyme flow and controlled delivery on street mixtapes, and then signed a million-dollar-plus deal with Sony Urban Music in 2005. He later signed subsequent deals with Cash Money and Hoo Bangin' Records. Malone released the albums Cancel Deeez Nutz, Fucc Glasses Malone, and GlassHouse 2: Life Ain't Nuthin But.... His most popular songs include That Good and Long Way with Ty Dolla $ign. He hosted the podcast No Ceilings with Glasses Malone for The Black Effect Network's Music division.
