Duffy (born Aimée Anne Duffy) is a Welsh singer and songwriter. Duffy began performing with various bands throughout her teens and caught the ear of agent and Rough Trade Records owner Jeannette Lee around 2004. She released her soul-pop debut Rockferry in 2008, featuring popular songs Mercy, Warwick Avenue, and Distant Dreamer. She then released Endlessly in 2010. She has also appeared in films Patagonia and Legend.
