Brittany Howard is an American musician. She formed the groups Alabama Shakes and Thunderbitch. As a solo artist, Howard has released the albums Jaime and What Now. She has also released several singles including Stay High, which won a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song, Stay High again.., and Fire Inside. She appears in the documentary At Home With Apple Music: A Black Music Month Celebration.
