American musician, songwriter, and actor
Bobby Darin was an American musician, songwriter, and actor. He wrote and sang the rock & roll hit Splish Splash and had other popular songs such as Dream Lover and his cover of Beyond the Sea. Darin released albums including his 1958 self-titled, That's All, and This Is Darin. He won two Grammys in 1959 for Best New Artist and for Record of the Year for Mack the Knife. He appeared in the films Pepe, Hell Is for Heroes, and Pressure Point. Darin died in 1973.
