Cass Elliot was an American singer (1941-1974). She is known for her role as a singer in the Mamas & the Papas and released albums including Cass Elliot and Mama's Big Ones. Elliot hosted two prime-time TV specials of her own in 1969 and 1973. Her most popular songs include Baby I'm Yours, Make Your Own Kind of Music, and Didn't Wanna Have to Do It. Elliot also appeared in the documentary Monterey Pop and the film Pufnstuf.
