Kelly Price is an American singer. She established herself as a vital background vocalist in the early 1990s, notably for Mariah Carey. Later, she stepped to the front as a solo artist towards the end of the 1990s, releasing the albums Kelly, Mirror Mirror, and Soul of a Woman. Price released the EP Grace for Motown Gospel and later the album Sing Pray Love, Vol. 1: Sing. Her most popular songs include It's Gonna Rain, Friend of Mine and He Proposed. Price has also appeared in the film The Christmas Ringer.
