American saxophonist (1943-2014)
Bobby Keys was an American saxophonist (1943-2014). An in-demand session musician, he recorded on albums by The Rolling Stones, John Lennon, B.B. King, Barbra Streisand, Ringo Starr, and other prominent musicians. He released his self-titled solo album in 1972. Keys joined Ronnie Wood's touring band The New Barbarians in 1979. Keys appeared in the concert films The Rolling Stones: Ladies and Gentlemen…the Rolling Stones, The Rolling Stones: Let's Spend the Night Together, and The Rolling Stones Sweet Summer Sun Hyde Park Live.
