

Questlove
Ahmir Thompson is an American hip-hop musician, record producer, and DJ. He is the drummer and co-frontman for The Roots, the house band on The Tonight Show. Thompson released the album Plumb and the extended play Brown Doves with David Murray and Ray Angry. He has worked with numerous artists, appearing on or producing tracks for D'Angelo, Erykah Badu, Common, Fiona Apple, Dilated Peoples, and Nikka Costa. Thompson received an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature Film for Summer of Soul. His most popular songs include Why Am I Treated So Bad with Norah Jones, Yelling Away with Common and Talib Kweli, and Water Get No Enemy (A Cappella) with Macy Gray and D'Angelo. Thompson has also appeared in the documentary All Things Must Pass: The Rise and Fall of Tower Records, the films Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping and Soul with Jamie Foxx, and hosts IHeartRadio's Music podcast Questlove Supreme.
