American singer and actress

Andrea McArdle is an American singer and actress. She originated the role of Little Orphan Annie on Broadway and made her professional debut at the age of 13 in the musical. During the ’80s, she performed in several other Broadway shows. McArdle recorded a CD titled On Broadway and released the album 70s and Sunny: Live at 54 Below. Her best-known songs are It's the Hard-Knock Life, Tomorrow, and Maybe. Outside of Broadway, McArdle played Wendy Wilkins on the daytime soap opera Search For Tomorrow. She also appeared in the film Rainbow.
