EL-P is an American record producer and rapper. In the early '90s, he formed Company Flow with Mr. Len and Bigg Jus and the trio released Funcrusher in 1995. He later went on to release his solo albums, including 2002's Fantastic Damage, 2004's High Water, 2007's I'll Sleep When You're Dead and 2012's Cancer 4 Cure.

In 2013, EL-P formed Run the Jewels with Killer Mike, and the duo released a string of albums including its 2013 self-titled debut and 2020's RTJ4. He has also collaborated with artists including Aesop Rock and ††† (Crosses) and produced tracks for Blackalicious, Murs, Atmosphere, and more.
