Alex Greenwald is an American actor, singer and model. He is the lead singer of Phantom Planet, formed in 1994, whose song California was the theme song to The O.C. Greenwald released the solo album Yo. He was part of the musical collective JJAMZ, which released an album in 2012 before rebranding as Phases and signing with Warner Bros. Records. Greenwald has also appeared in the film Donnie Darko and an episode of the television series Sabrina the Teenage Witch.
