Freddy Fender was an American musician (1937-2006). He released the album Before the Next Teardrop Falls in 1974. Before the Next Teardrop Falls and Wasted Days and Wasted Nights are among his most popular songs. Fender was a member of both the supergroups Los Super Seven and Texas Tornados. He appeared in films such as She Came to the Valley, The Milagro Beanfield War, and La Pastorela.
