Korean American classical violinist

Sarah Chang is a Violinist. She released her first album with EMI and began exploring chamber music and recording with other high-profile soloists on the EMI roster. She released the albums Tchaikovsky Violin Concerto and Vivaldi: The Four Seasons. She also released Vaughan Williams: Symphony No. 5, Norfolk Rhapsody No. 1 & The Lark Ascending with the London Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Bernard Haitink. Chang has performed with the world's greatest orchestras, including the New York Philharmonic by the time she was a teenager. She has collaborated with various renowned musicians such as Plácido Domingo, Wolfram Christ, and Georg Faust. Chang auditioned for conductors Zubin Mehta and Riccardo Muti at age 8 and won the Starling scholarship to the Juilliard School at age 7.
