Chuck Berry was an American singer, guitarist, and songwriter who pioneered rock and roll. He released the albums After School Session, Berry Is On Top, and The Great Twenty-Eight. His most popular songs include Johnny B. Goode, Run Rudolph Run, and Roll Over Beethoven. Berry remained commercially successful long after many of his '50s peers, continuing to release hit songs. He appeared in the films Go, Johnny, Go!, Jazz on a Summer's Day, and the documentary Hail! Hail! Rock 'n' Roll.
