James Burton is a musician. He released the albums Corn Pickin' And Slick Slidin' with Ralph Mooney and The Guitar Sounds of James Burton. Among his most popular songs are Polk Salad Annie and Swinging Doors, which he recorded with Jerry Lee Lewis and Merle Haggard. Burton appears in the documentaries Elvis: That's the Way It Is and Elvis On Tour. In 2024, he was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
