Elli Medeiros is an Uruguayan-French singer and actress. As a teenager, she formed Stinky Toys, one of France's first punk and new wave bands. She later formed the electro-pop duo Elli et Jacno with Stinky Toy member Jacno. In 1986, she went solo, releasing hit songs in France including Toi mon toi and A Bailar Calypso. Medeiros has also appeared in the films Venus Beauty Institute and Leonera.
