Richard Hell is an American musician and writer. He released the album Spurts: The Richard Hell Story and his most popular songs include The Kid With the Replaceable Head, Time, and Blank Generation. Hell was a member of Television and the Heartbreakers. He appeared in the films Blank Generation and Smithereens.
