Marshall Crenshaw is an American musician. He released the albums Marshall Crenshaw, Field Day, Miracle of Science, and Life's Too Short. His most popular songs include Someday, Someway, Crying, Waiting, Hoping, and Whenever You're on My Mind. Crenshaw also created the signature song for Judd Apatow's fictive music star Dewey Cox for the film Walk Hard. He appeared in the film La Bamba.
